ThumpUp Not tried this yet .
I mix with people who pratice Buddisem who medietate i don,t belive in medietion as i am a christain but these people in there 60s and 80s are full of life

But i wonderd if going in compleate relaxing for 10 mins a day would help ???????aches and pains and fautiqe .


So i wonder sort of coffee time in the morning .I wondered if doing a compleate ralax would make a differance ???So going to try it and work it into my rotine for a week and see ?????

I went to a Buddhist monastery to learn how to meditate Chrissie and though I'm not sure if it helps physically, it certainly helps mentally.
YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.

Mmmm i am thinking as been taught by an older O.T who has P.A her self and knows her stuff .
weather it would work best mid morning when joints they say need a rest .

going to try it( but not meditation )going to put body in full ralaxing .

too see what helps

Meditation is the same as full body and mind relaxing Chrissie.

Hi Chris
I did go to yoga classes when I first had RA at the end of the lesson we always ended with relaxion for 10 mins
it was really good I found it worked for me
try it if it works for you all well and good if it dosent well you are not doing any harm
